Anwesha Dutta is the Zee Bangla SaReGaMaPa 2014 Season Champion. She is one of the busiest artists in West Bengal and Bangladesh. Notable performances in the USA include her captivating performance at the Madison Square Gardens during NABC, 2016 and Atlanta Diwali Mela, 2018. “Hok Na Kotha” (2017) is Anwesha’s debut album. Since then she has released a number of music albums and singles including YouTube super-hits “Chokher Dekha”, “Tu Saath Mera” and the Bangladeshi single, “Joshnar Lukochuri”, reaching more than a million viewers on the Internet.

Rik Basu is the 1st Runner-up of Zee Bangla SaReGaMaPa, 2014 Season. He is a very popular performer and remains busy with his concerts, composing work and recordings. He has given several memorable performances in the USA and Canada in 2015 and 2016. He has several music albums and singles to his credit, including the hit album, “Hok Na Katha” and YouTube singles, “Tomake Khunji”, “Tujhe Pyaar Pyaar Karta Hoon” and “Wole Wole”.

Composer & Lyricist

A composer, lyricist, pianist and singer – a playwright, drama director and actor – a documentary film maker and music director – a poet and short story writer – a truly versatile artist, Raktim is comfortable in any and all of these roles.

Raktim was initiated into music by his mother. He later learnt the piano at Calcutta School of Music.  He is the Theatrical Director of Atlanta Theater Workshop. Inc. and the Program Director of IACA Atlanta Indian Idol.

Lyricist

Dr. Tirthankar Dasgupta is a reputed Statistician, who taught at Harvard for over a decade and is now a faculty Rutgers.  He is a fantastic short story writer, a poet and lyricist, a vocalist, a guitarist and table player. But most of all, he is good soul who an keep you laughing for hours with his wit and humor! Tirthankar wrote the lyrics for “Chaoya Paoya” (Track 5 of the album) and also contributed to the lyrics of “Ogo Priyo” (Track 4 of the album).
